New Clark City close to ready for 2019 SEA Games

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and its partner MTD Philippines Inc. is on track in finishing the world-class facilities in New Clark City before the 30th Southeast Asian Games open in November 2019.

 

“Phase 1 of the National Government Administrative Center in New Clark City has significantly progressed since it broke ground January this year,” BCDA President and CEO Vivencio Dizon said.

 

“This proves that government is true to its promise of building quality infrastructure within set deadlines,” he added.

The success of the bidding for the Clark International Airport operations and maintenance (O&M) contract shows the seriousness of the Duterte administration to “Build, Build, Build.”

 

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) in partnership with the Department of Transportation (DOTr) recently awarded the O&M contract to the four-member North Luzon Airport Consortium (NLAC), which includes Changi Airport Group, the operator of the number one airport in the world, Singapore Changi Airport.

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), in partnership with the Department of Transportation (DOTr), has awarded the operations and maintenance (O&M) contract for the Clark International Airport to a consortium which includes Changi Airport Group, operator of the number one airport in the world. This was after the National Economic and Development Authority Investment Coordination Committee (NEDA-ICC) confirmed the award in its last meeting of the year held December 19.
