The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) held a seminar entitled “New Clark City with Japan: Creating a Smart City with High Quality Infrastructure” to enhance its partnership in developing smart cities.
Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat of the Department of Tourism (DOT) toured New Clark City, one of the main competition venues for the 2019 Southeast Asian Games hosted by the Philippines.
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) announced that two firms submitted bid documents for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Clark International Airport’s existing passenger terminal, and the new terminal building operational by 2020.
