Selection of BCDA's Partner in the Development of the BCDA Iconic Building at the 7,275-Square Meter Lot 9 Block 6 in the North Bonifacio District of Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is inviting interested proponents to collaborate for the development of the Iconic Building at 11th Avenue corner 11th Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines.
The Iconic Building is envisioned to create an identifying edifice for Bonifacio Global City the way some architectural landmarks have done for the leading cities in the world. It will have an area to honor the Armed Forces of the Philippines, premium office spaces and retail areas.
Interested proponents can either be local, foreign or a combination of both, subject to the conditions for eligibility under the Terms of Reference.
Interested bidders may now purchase the Terms of Reference (TOR) at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2/F Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st Street, corner 2nd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php250,000.00).
