Long-Term Lease of the 5,361-sqm Pamayanang Diego Silang Commercial Complex along C-5 Road, Taguig City
 
Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7227 (R.A. No. 7227), otherwise known as “The Bases Conversion and Development Act of 1992,”, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) invites all interested private sector proponent/participants (PSPs) to participate in the bid for long-term lease of the 5,361 square meter Pamayanang Diego Silang Commercial Complex in Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City.
 
The PDS Community Commercial Area has an aggregate land area of approximately 5,361 square meters. It is bounded on the north by the Pamayanang Diego Silang (PDS) Avenue, on the south by the MRB Housing Development, on the west by the C. P. Garcia Road (C-5 Road) and on the east by the open parking area for PDS residents.
The subject property is envisioned to be developed to a Retail Commercial Development to cater to the immediate residential community of PDS.
Interested proponents may participate in the bid by purchasing the Terms of Reference (TOR) starting 16 September 2019 at the BCDA Corporate Office, 2F Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st St. corner 2nd Avenue, BGC, Taguig City, for a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 25,000.00), payable to BCDA in the form of a Manager’s Check. An electronic copy of the TOR  will be made available at the BCDA website (www.bcda.gov.ph/bids).
A Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on 01 October 2019 (Wed), 10:00 A.M. at the BCDA Corporate Office. Submission of the Eligibility Document and Financial Proposal shall be on 11 November 2019, 9:00 AM, at the BCDA Corporate Office, Taguig.
