Invitation to Submit Sealed Proposals for the 6-Month Lease of High-End Network Cameras & HD surveillance, Recording & Monitoring system Through Negotiated Procurement

INVITATION TO SUBMIT SEALED PROPOSALS

SIX-MONTH LEASE OF HIGH-END NETWORK CAMERAS AND HIGH-DEFINITION (HD) SURVEILLANCE, RECORDING AND MONITORING SYSTEM THROUGH NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

1. The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), through its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods (BAC-G), invites the submission of sealed proposals for the Six (6)-Month Lease of High-End Network Cameras and HD Surveillance, Recording and Monitoring System, through Negotiated Procurement after two (2) failed biddings, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Thirteen Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP13,200,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes, insurance and fees.

2. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

3. Sealed proposals must be delivered on or before 1:00 PM of 25 September 2017 at the BCDA Central Receiving and Releasing Area (CRRA) located at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2nd Floor Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st St. cor. 2nd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. Proposals will be opened and evaluated accordingly. Late submission shall not be accepted.

4. Opening of proposals shall be on 25 September 2017 at 2:00 PM at the address given above, in the presence of the Proponent’s representatives who choose to attend.

5. BCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to terminate the procurement process, or to reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected proponent/s.
