Invitation to a Competitive Challenge for the Long-Term Lease and Development of the NCC Park Golf Course
The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is inviting proponents to participate in the competitive challenge for the long-term lease and development of the 250-hectare parcel of the New Clark City for the Proposed Park Golf Course Development at the New Clark City.
The subject of the competitive challenge is the Unsolicited Proposal for Long-term lease and development of the 18-hole Golf Course, Clubhouse, and a 5-hectare Park Development (Phase 1 development) under the 2018 Revised Guidelines for Sale and Lease of BCDA Properties.
Interested proponents may participate in the competitive challenge by purchasing the Terms of Reference starting 02 July 2018 at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2nd Floor, Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st st. corner 2nd ave. Bonifacio Global City, Taguig for a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP100,000.00), payable to BCDA in Manager’s Check. An electronic copy of the TOR is available at the BCDA website (www.bcda.gov.ph/bids).
A Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on 25 July 2018, 10:00 A.M. at the BCDA Corporate Center. Submission of the Eligibility Documents and Financial Proposal shall be on 15 August 2018, 12:00 NN, at the BCDA Corporate Center.
