Notice of Negotiated Procurement – Fiber Optic Network in the Clark Civil Aviation Complex
Supply, Delivery and Installation of Underground Fiber Optic Network and Outdoor Cabinets at Clark Civil Aviation Complex,
Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), after two (2) failed biddings and pursuant to Section 53.1 of R.A. 9184, invites interested parties to submit proposal for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Underground Fiber Optic Network and Outdoor Cabinets with an approved budget of Twenty Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight and 77/100 Pesos (PhP25,999,998.77), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
The Negotiated Procurement shall be based on the same terms and conditions, and technical and eligibility requirements stated in the Bidding Documents of the second failed bidding posted on 10 May 2017 at bcda.gov.ph and philgeps.gov.ph.
BCDA is inviting interested bidders to attend the Negotiation Conference scheduled on Monday 05 June 2017 at 8AM at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2nd Floor Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the BCDA website (www.bcda.gov.ph) and from the PhilGEPS website (www.philgeps.gov.ph).
Deadline for submission of technical and financial proposal shall be on 06 June 2017 at 9AM, after which, the eligibility and technical documents shall be opened immediately.
The BAC shall proceed to open the sealed financial proposals of bidders who have passed the technical and eligibility requirements. The financial proposals shall then be analyzed for accuracy and completeness and ranked from lowest to highest. The BAC shall then determine the Lowest Calculated Bid, which shall be subject to post-qualification.
