In compliance with the Order dated 20 July 2022 of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), directing Shin Clark Power Corporation to, among other things, inform the customers within its franchise area, by any other means available and appropriate, of the filing of the instant Application, its reasons therefor, and of the scheduled hearings in ERC Case No. 2022-015 MC, entitled, “In the Matter of the Application for the Issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN), with Prayer for Provisional Authority”.
In compliance with the Energy Regulatory Commission's Order dated May 17, 2024 directing Shin Clark Power Corporation to, among other things, inform the consumers within its franchise area, by any other means available and appropriate, of the filing of the instant Application, its reasons therefor, and of the scheduled virtual hearing in ERC Case No.2024-063 RC, entitled "IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE SALE FOR RESALE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN CLARK ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION (CEDC) AND SHIN CLARK POWER CORPORATION (SCPC) WITH PRAYER FOR PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY"
