LAND MANAGEMENT OFFICER III

Land and Assets Development Department

Qualification Standards:

  • Education:  Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or other related fields
  • Training:  8 hours of relevant training
  • Experience:  Two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in the field of survey and titling and/or other related fields, land asset management; with working knowledge on land survey methods, land titling policies and land appraisal procedures; and familiar with land asset valuation and taxation; proficient in CAD software

CORPORATE SERVICES OFFICER IV (Supervising Administrative Officer)

Qualification Standards:

  • Education:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering or related courses
  • Training:  16 hours of trainin in procurement management, integrity development, technical writing, or process development
  • Experience:  Three (3) years of work experience in the procurement of goods and services involving alternative modes and enterprise system or related field
  • Eligibility:  Career Service Professional (Second Level Eligibility)

ATTENTION:

Indicate your list of trainings, training hours, and institutions which conducted the training course you attended in your PDS.   Otherwise, it will not be counted. Also, specify the inclusive dates of your previous employment for us to determine your compliance with the experience requirement of the position.

3. Proof of CSC Eligibilities/Bar or Board Ratings.
