Sale of Insurance Commission's Share, Including its Rights and Interests Pertaining to One-Half of the 5,000 Square Meter Lot 3-A Property along Lawton Avenue, Bonifacio South, Taguig City
INVITATION TO BID
The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is inviting interested parties to bid for the sale of the Insurance Commission’s share, including its rights and interest, pertaining to one-half of the 5,000-square meter Lot 3-A Property located along Lawton Avenue, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
The Minimum Acceptable Bid Price shall be Five Hundred Ninety Six Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP596,250,000.00), inclusive of six percent (6%) Capital Gains Tax, payable upon signing of the contract.
Interested bidders may purchase the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the subject Property at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2nd Floor Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st Street, Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City from 21 December 2018 to 22 January 2019 for a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP100,000.00). The TOR may also be viewed at the BCDA website at www.bcda.gov.ph and IC website at www.insurance.gov.ph.
A Pre-Bid Conference, in which the Property, the TOR, and inquiries from interested bidders will be discussed, will be held on 04 January 2018, 10:00 a.m, at the BCDA Corporate Center.
