Procurement of supply and delivery of 145 sacks of rice

Physical Appearance:  Grading Quality - 98% head rice, 2% broken
Milling Degree - Well milled (clean)
Grain Type - Long Grain
Color - White
Weight - 50kg net and 25kg net
Cooked:  Age - Bago        Appearance -Tender
Taste - Sweet                   Fragrance - Aromatic

Other Requirements:  Packaging sack with plastic inside. Please pack rice at 25kg per sack. 

Place of Delivery:  Pamayanang Diego Silang, C5 Road, Ususan, Taguig City

Warranty:  15 calendar days upon delivery and acceptance by BCDA. 

Please bring weighing equipment and sewing kit upon delivery.  Returned rice shall be replace immediated or not later than the 3 Working Days upon receipt of Notice from BCDA.

Prospective suppliers who will bid above ABC will be disqualified.

The contract shall then be awarded to the supllier with the Lowest Calculated Bid during the evaluation procedure.

Requirements:

1.  Certified True Copy of Mayor Permit/Busines Permit
2.  Certified True Copy of PhilGEPS Registration
3.  Certified True Copy of  BIR Registration Bids should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and any other fees.
