Long-term Lease of Residential Units within the John Hay Special Economic Zone

INVITATION TO SUBMIT LEASE OFFER

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) invites interested participants to submit offers for the long-term lease of residential units within the John Hay Special Economic Zone.

The lease shall be for a period of 25 years, renewal for another 25 years. Interested parties can send in Letter of Intent (LOI) to Lease until 31 January 2026 at 5:00 pm at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2F Bonifacio Technology Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. Processing of LOIs shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Those with LOI shall be sent with the required eligibility documents.
