The Bases Conversion and Development Authority aims to develop its new corporate office in the northern portion of Bonifacio Global City, Taguig with an area of 7,275-square meter. Majority of the area will be allotted for open spaces, parks, landscapes, and public arts.

The state-owned Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) has generated P60.21 billion in disposition proceeds for the period May 1993 to end-December 2013 or a P3.5 billion increase from the P56.70 billion it generated from May 1993 to end-December 2012 from the disposition of former Metro Manila camps the biggest of which are Fort Bonifacio and Villamor Airbase.

In the spirit of transparency and cooperation with the citizenry, BCDA is sharing the MOUs signed by the agency and Chinese companies for its four (4) #bigticket projects in mass transport and smart city solutions.

The projects: the #SubicClarkRailway, the BGC to NAIA3 #busrapidtransit, and #ClarkGreenCity township, and smart/safe city projects.

President Rodrigo Duterte's administration will soon launch the biggest infrastructure push in Philippine history to propel economic growth in the next five-and-a-half years.

Big-ticket infrastructure projects, specifically roads and bridges, mass urban transport and alternative green city solutions are among the key investments to be made by the Philippine government. These are aimed at solving the problems brought about by traffic congestion, inadequate mass transport facilities, air pollution, and the lack of healthy, green liveable community spaces.
