INDIGENOUS FAMILIES BENEFIT FROM BCDA CSR. Through the continuing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts of state-run Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Congressman Teddy Brawner Baguilat of the Lone District of Ifugao and Chairman of House Committee on National Cultural Communities, sacks of rice were distributed to 120 indigenous families who were victims of a massive soil erosion that occurred near the residential area in Sitio Tektek, Barangay Sendol, San Felipe in Zambales. The CSR activity aimed to help the surrounding communities of the BCDA-owned Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). The sacks of rice were received by San Felipe Municipal Social and Development Officer Rowel Villanueva (left) from Development Management Officer Jorge Turbolencia (second from right) of the BCDA SCTEX Services Department (SSD). Looking on were Edna Lacasandile of NFA-Zambales, and BCDA staff Gerber So-Eresmas and Jay Jaworski Tiamson.
